Holy Family

Fr. Seda challenged parishioners to donate money for the San Juan Bautista Hospital in Guatemala - asking 100 people to give $100. In just a few weeks $15,000 was collected and a check from Holy Family was given to Fr. Joseph Camilleri, pastor and co-founder of the hospital. Donors celebrated with a meal in the church basement on February 23.

Generous contributions were given by both young and old alike. For example, Teresa Howard requested that her friends not give her a gift for her 10th birthday, but instead donate money to the hospital. As a result, she was able to give Fr. Jon a gift of $115.00.

Dr. Rene Recinos gave a presentation on the hospital co-founded by his father, Dr. Pablo Recinos.
